Named for A.F.W. Brix, a 19th Century German inventor, the Brix scale is a system used in the USA to measure the sugar content of grapes and wine.
Brix's concept was created by Charles Master, whose family has been in the restaurant business for over 30 years, operating many renowned establishments in Denver. Partnering with Chuck Cattaneo, a local entrepreneur with extensive knowledge in the hospitality industry.
